Tasting Note: Yellow with subtle hints of gold and green. White flowers such as orange blossom and jasmine on the nose, with notes of orange peel, honey and apricot. A balanced palate of bright acidity and rich stone fruit leads to a refreshing finish.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested early in the morning to arrive fresh for slow fermentation with native yeasts. Reductively treated in the cellar, the clear juice is cool-fermented for 4 weeks to retain the delicate fruit and then left on lees for 3 months prior bottling.

Food Match: Great with seafood, including oily and fried fish, cheeseboards and charcuterie. Works particularly well with spicy cuisines such as Thai, Vietnamese and Mexican.
Inca Malbec
Blend: 100% Malbec

Alcohol: 13.5% ABV
Tasting Note: Deep red with bright ruby hues. Ripe black fruits, blackberries and prunes on the nose, with notes of sweet tomato, lavender, caramel and cocoa. Spicy on the palate, with good structure and acidity leading to a velvety finish.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested early in the morning to arrive fresh for slow fermentation with native yeasts. Once pressed, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. After 6 months of lees contact, the wine is racked and soft fining is carried out prior to bottling.

Food Match: Ideal with roasted beef joints. Great with roasted Mediterranean vegetables such as aubergine and bell pepper.

Tasting Note: A clear, deep red with flashes of garnet. Ripe black fruits on the nose with notes of coffee, sweet tomato and thyme. Good structure defined by round tannins and nice acidity. Balanced and juicy, with a touch of spice and a silky finish.

Piedra Negra Chacayes Single Vineyard Malbec
Blend: 50% Malbec, 50% Côt
Location: IG Los Chacayes, Uco Valley, Mendoza
Altitude: 1,100 M.A.S.L.
Alcohol: 15% ABV
Tasting Note: Deep red-garnet colour. Intense red fruit notes, balanced with complex coffee notes from the aging in oak. Complex & full bodied with ripe tannins highlighting the red and black fruits with floral notes showing great length, with mocha nuances on the finish.
Vinification: The malbec was fully fermented in 225-litre French oak barrels with a revolving system & post-fermentation maceration for one month in the barrel before Malolactic fermentation with weekly bâtonnage. The Cot was fermented in concrete tank before transfer to French first use oak barrels for the Malolactic fermentation and ageing. Aged 24 months in new French oak.

Araucano Clo de Lolol Organic White Blend
Blend: 70% Sauvignon Blanc & 30% Chardonnay

Tasting Note: Great depth and complexity, pineapple, lychee fruit tones combine beautifully with floral notes of boxwood and blackcurrant flowers, clean mineral finish.
Vinification: Hand harvested, Sauvignon Blanc is vinified reductively to protect fragile aromas, Chardonnay undergoes pressing and semi oxidative vinification. 70% fermented in new French oak barrels and aged on less for 9 months with regular battonage, 30% fermented in stainless steel and aged on its lees. Organically produced.

Toro de Piedra Gran Reserve Carignan
Blend: 100% Carignan
Location: Maule Valley
Altitude: 200 M.A.S.L.
Alcohol: 14% ABV
Tasting Note: Deep cherry red in colour; intense, complex nose of raspberry and strawberry with floral notes, cedar and forest floor; lively entry in the mouth, fresh acidity with rounded tannins finishing in fresh notes of red fruits.
Vinification: Following a traditional fermentation the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barriques which have a minimum age of 3 years.
